Discovered Mark Biggar's RCMP email address in Sounder email, so forwarded what I wrote to the Police Commissioner.

Incredibly, this is what he wrote back.

It's ok for Sarah from the Sounder to email him, but not me? What is wrong with these peoples brains? Do they even have one?

When did a sidewalk become private property? Is it owned by the Sounder?
