What have I done the last few days?

I have been busy, been up all night revising my press release to go out today. Emailed it to Derek Kilborne at the Gabriola Sounder but not heard from him so he's ignoring it. Sent to most of my facebook "friends" list, most have not responded, some have blocked me. My good friend Rob said he doesn't read my stuff. He also told me I have to separate out from #RLL and make a separate press release for #RespectListenLove alone. ok
